We want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you want to return your item, you can do so within 7 days of initial order date. Contact us prior to return or exchange. 

In the interest of hygiene, pierced jewelry and earrings are excluded from our returns  & exchange policy. We are also unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom made orders. Please note that all international orders are final.
